A Hospital Mouse

Here is a cute wittle hospital mouse I made for my nephew Gavin. Because he was in the hospital. The robe is an accurate representation of the hospital gown in that it has an impossible to understand tie-back situation.

I really don't have anything else to say this fine Spring Monday morning except....

And I am very very very scared.

*Way scarier than this.

    1. Thanks, Jen! all the mouse needs now is an Irish accent.

  2. I am so there with you on the very, very, very scared part about summer coming! Our central air is broken, AGAIN! The scarier thing is that Silas actually wants to be outside now, so I am going to have to go out into the rays of the deadly death star! I have reluctantly prepared myself by buying a few maxi-dresses (in black, of course) and I have resigned myself to the fact that I am going to have to bare my arms in order to keep myself from perishing!

  3. I have fewer allergies here than I ever did in Ohio, but... I really miss thunderstorms. Utah should look into that.

  4. But the first thing I was going to say, before I posted the second thing first, is that the wittle mousie is adorable! And that kind of looks like maybe a hospital gown from medieval times? With the cord belt and no hem? :)

    1. I feel like you are criticizing my lack of hem, Dear Dame. Don't you know that jersey knits need no hems? Just like in medieval times, right?

  5. Just love this mouse. I work in a hospital and I think every child (and adult) would line up for one. Yeah I know all about the gown problem. Thats why you put one on backwards. It helps cover up the breezy areas.
